Audhesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with an additional specialization in refrigeration, air- conditioning and energy conservation. With a rich exposure from industrial,back office operation and commercial operations, he has been closely associated with feasibility study and site selection, tendering, services vendor’s selection, project management, design and planning, facility management, green building design and LEED certification.
Audhesh has worked in large project management companies in India, as well as multinational companies. His last assignment was at Indiabulls as President of Facility Management and MEP services.
Audhesh Pandey is in charge of engineering, cost management & procurement functions for all Xrbia projects.
