Prabhat Ranjan is the COO and Co-Founder of Brick Eagle. Having worked on large real estate and infrastructure projects over a decade, Prabhat brings extensive experience of business development, project planning and execution on board.
Prabhat worked with Indiabulls Real Estate, as Senior Vice President. He headed business development, land acquisitions and sales & marketing of Commercial Projects.He was a member of the core team for fund raising, new initiatives, large acquisitions and corporate strategy. During his tenure, he led the acquisition of lands worth over $500 million both at city centric and suburban locations, leasing of 1.5 million sqft of commercial space and the company’s entry into new lines of business.
Prior to this, Prabhat worked with Reliance Infrastructure and his job profile entailed bidding large public-private projects in infrastructure sector such as airport modernization, water desalination, container train operations and metro rail. He was an initial member of the Reliance team that worked on project planning and execution of the Reliance Mumbai Metro Project.
Prabhat holds a B.Tech degree from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
