Prior to booking, be sure to register by 20th April. Bookings start on 21st of April. Registered applicants will be contacted on a first come first served basis. Customers can select the flat online with a non-refundable booking amount of Rs.50,000. Applicants can book the flat of their choice and select their preferred financing option. For assistance, customers can also visit the site or speak to our call center. Once the booking process is complete customers will receive a receipt and confirmation letter.
Within 7 days of booking, customers are required to pay the balance down payment amount based on their selected financial scheme. Customers will receive the Allotment letter once this payment is done.
